Census and Pandemic History Project
2021 has been a memorable year and, in terms of history, it is one that future generations will learn about. Firstly, it is a Census year. Children participated in Census-generated activities and debated why censuses are important to society. Secondly, the world continues to be in the midst of a pandemic, the likes of which have not been seen for around 100 years.
Realising that we were living in 'a snapshot in time', the school presented their work and findings to the historian, Dan Snow.
Click on our presentation below to see how the school has participated in this, together with the legacy we will leave behind for future generations.
