Yippeeeeeeeeeeeeeee after today's learning you can start the weekend! Don't forget that this is the last day that I will be putting anything on the class blog. From next week, everything I set will be on Google Classroom.
I will ring most of you, as normal, next week to see if you've been able to activate your account. Please email me if you have any problems logging on.
This is a chance for you to reflect on any future hopes for the world that you have. Could you even write a persuasive letter about these to your local MP?!
Don't forget you could also
spend time looking through this reading website and explore all the super 7000 books online. These include fiction, non-fiction and graphic novels.
Or use the National Literacy Trust website.
Don't forget to practise your spellings on Spelling Shed.
This weeks spellings is practising the ending -al. If the (I) sound at the end of a word is a suffix, it is always spelled -al.
Eg: arrival global comical emotional International
Continuing practising problem solving of time intervals using the 24 hour clock.
Why don't you create a t-shirt for an event?
(The event could be something like a birthday party, the Paris fashion show or a charity of your choice!).
Why don't you learn about money?
Other activities you might consider doing are:
- Joe Wicks https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCAxW1XT0iEJo0TYlRfn6rYQ
- Here are the songs that we have learnt or are about to learn on our trumpets: https://sites.google.com/themountbattenschool.org/themountbattenschoolbrassops/songs
