Friday

Here is the English work for today. First, read Two Stories which will make you think about which flows better. You're now going to write your own using conjunctions and fronted adverbials. Once you've finished it, I would love to see it so please send it my way.

You can continue to use Spelling Shed to practise your spellings, which are all words that have the suffix 'ous' at the end. Think about the root words and how the suffix 'ous' changes them:

courageous

mountainous

poisonous

dangerous

spacious

envious

famous

furious

Here is the Maths work. Use the revision cards to remind yourself about multiplying three numbers together. It talks about the commutative law which is when you multiply three numbers together it doesn't matter the order. 1 x 2 x 3 is the same as 3 x 2 x 1 or even 2 x 3 x 1 (and many more options!)

You can continue to practise your times tables on Times Tables Rockstars.
