Welcome to Awbridge Primary School

Dear Parents

In September 2010 Awbridge Primary School formally federated with Wellow Primary School. Both local schools set in attractive grounds have decided to work together to achieve the very best outcomes for pupils. In September 2011 I was appointed Interim Executive Headteacher and now work across both federated schools and Halterworth Primary in Romsey. As a National Leader in Education (NLE) I am able to bring experience in headship and the combined expertise of staff from Halterworth, as a National Support School (NSS). I am in the school most days working alongside key staff to ensure that the priorities within the School Strategic Plan (SSP) are being achieved.

On a day to day basis the school is led and managed by The Head of Teaching & Learning (HTL). Mrs Sally Buckland is Acting HTL this year whilst Mrs Amy Wake is on maternity leave. She will be your first point of contact but I am always happy to see parents, appointments can be made through the school office.
