Awbridge Primary School PTA
The PTA raise thousands of pounds each year through organising various activities and events for both the children and adults. From Summer Fetes, Christmas fayres, school discos and movie nights through to simple playground cake sales.
The money raised is used to provide extras for the children such as equipment and resources which would not otherwise be available within the school budget, to enhance our children’s education and enjoyment of school.
In recent years this has included funding Ipads and Chromebooks for use throughout each year group, funding the purchase of various resources for science and history, outdoor play equipment, creating an eco garden around our pond, providing money for new books and sports training, our MUGA (which enables us to continue with outdoor PE lessons in the winter months) and most recently a mile a day track which is hugely popular with the children and encourages year round fitness.
The PTA also support the staff by helping with other school events, for example providing refreshments for plays, Sports Day, and Head of School drop in sessions.

Current Fundraising
We are currently fundraising for new AV equipment for the school hall to assist with assemeblies, plays, concerts and more.
Happy's Circus 23rd June 2024

On Sunday 23rd June, we will be hosting Happy's Circus at Awbridge Village Hall.
Please click on the link below for more information about what you can expect to see.
Stalls, including a BBQ will be open from 12 Noon and food can be purchased with the Circus tickets at a slightly reduced rate.
Tickets are £10 per person and there is no limit on the number of tickets you can buy, however, this will be on a first come, first served basis. Whilst we will be inviting the wider community of Awbridge, tickets will be available to all at the School for a 2 week period before being opened up to the public.
