- Work directly with young people and families, helping to improve their relationships, school attendance and support parents to build on their capacity to enhance their child’s health and development.
- Hold Level 3 cases via the Early Help meetings and act as Early Help Co-ordinator for families with children in our two schools

- Be part of the delivery of Evidence Based Programmes to support parenting and our local priority groups Develop programmes
- Develop interventions for families, focussed on specific problems or behaviours.

You will be working closely with a highly skilled and experienced team of teachers to shape this new role – a similar role already exists in one of our other local schools and we are now looking to develop our offer for all.
